RIP Dylan 02/16/10/ Suicide Prevention Educational Doc/Part 1
Last year on this day I saw the a man named Dylan jumped to his death in San Francisco. With his mothers permission I finally uploaded the story. Not the actual jump but the crowds reaction and the off duty cop who laughed while filming with his cell phone. Very sad and ignorant. This video is also for the SFPD by request to train their negotiators properly. Warning this could be touchy for some people.
